Quality Production Manager. 

Duties include:

(1) Maintain corporate quality management system procedures to maximize production efficiency;

(2) Conduct internal and external vendor audits and maintain company’s Approved Supplier List;

(3) Review customer non-conformances and analyze trends on defects to coordinate corrective action using QRQC, FMEA, Control Plans and APQP;

(4) Implement API Q1, ISO 9001:2015 and API 20E into company’s quality management system;

(5) Conduct manufacturing process and material specifications based on ISO, ASTM and API standards and related quality improvement measures; and

(6) Perform technical contract review of customer orders and quality review of work orders using ERP systems such as SAP and Epicor.

Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent) in production engineering, quality management or related field and two years experience as a production engineer or quality manager.
